Түгжрэлийн сайд Б.Дэлгэрсайхан өнөөдөр сэтгүүлчдэд  “Иргэд машинаасаа буугаад автобусанд сууж сурах хэрэгтэй.  Автобусанд сууж сургахын тулд сурталчилгаа хийнэ” гэв. Түүнийхээр бол Улаанбаатарын иргэд  автобусанд сууж  мэддэгүйгээс зам дээр түгжирдэг гэнэ.

Гэвч 20°, 30° -ийн хүйтэнд иргэд нь автобус хүлээж 20′-2 цаг гудамжинд бээрч зогсоно.

Нийтийн тээвэрт ашиглагдаж байгаа автобуснуудын 80 хувь нь хуучирч муудаж ашиглалтаас гарах болсон.  Нийтийн тээврийн үйлчилгээнд өдөрт  1000 автобус гардаг бөгөөд одоогоор 80 шахам хувь нь ашиглалтын шаардлага хангахгүй ч үйлчилгээнд үлгэн салган хар утаа хаян явдаг. Нийтийн тээвэр нь парк шинэчлэлт хийх нэрээр үе үеийн хотын дарга нар нь хуучин муу хулхи автобус оруулж ирж дундаас нь “цавчдаг” мафи шахуу сүлжээ үүссэн байсан нь нууц биш болжээ. Оюун-Эрдэнийн засгийн газар түгжрэлийн нэр томъёотой тусдаа сайд яам хүртэл байгуулсан ч бас л нэг төсвийн татаасчдыг  татвар төлөгчдийн мөнгөөр тэжээж байна.

Иргэд урдын адил автобус хүлээж, хөлдөж даарч гадаа зогссоор, машин нь замдаа багтахгүй түгжирч уур бухимдал нь оволзсоор энэ өвлийг давдаг л байх даа, хөөрхий азгүй  Улаанбаатарчууд.
