Үндсэн хуулийн цэцийн их суудлын хуралдаан болно
Монгол Улсын Ерөнхий сайд Үндсэн хуулийн цэцэд хандаж Монгол Улсын Их Хурлын дэд дарга, гишүүн Х.Булгантуяагийн үйл ажиллагаа, Ерөнхий сайдыг огцруулах асуудлыг хэлэлцсэн Монгол Улсын Их Хурлын чуулганы 2025 оны 10 дугаар сарын 17-ны өдрийн нэгдсэн хуралдаан болон уг хуралдаанаас гарсан Ерөнхий сайдыг огцруулах тухай Улсын Их Хурлын тогтоол нь Монгол Улсын Үндсэн хуулийн Нэгдүгээр зүйлийн 2, Дөчин гуравдугаар зүйлийн 1, Далдугаар зүйлийн 1 дэх хэсгийг зөрчсөн эсэхийг тогтоолгохоор хүсэлт, ихэсгэсэн шаардлага ирүүлсний дагуу маргаан хянан шийдвэрлэх ажиллагаа шууд үүсгэж, нэгтгэсэн болно.
Үндсэн хуулийн Нэгдүгээр зүйлийн 2 дахь хэсэгт “Ардчилсан ёс, шударга ёс, эрх чөлөө, тэгш байдал, үндэсний эв нэгдлийг хангах, хууль дээдлэх нь төрийн үйл ажиллагааны үндсэн зарчим мөн.” гэж, Дөчин гуравдугаар зүйлийн 1 дэх хэсэгт “Улсын Их Хурлын гишүүдийн дөрөвний нэгээс доошгүй нь Ерөнхий сайдыг огцруулах саналыг албан ёсоор тавибал Улсын Их Хурал гурав хоногийн дараа хэлэлцэж эхлэн арав хоногийн дотор шийдвэрлэнэ. Улсын Их Хурлын нийт гишүүний олонхи уг саналыг дэмжсэн бол Ерөнхий сайдыг огцруулах тухай Улсын Их Хурлын тогтоол баталсанд тооцож, шинэ Ерөнхий сайдыг гуч хоногийн дотор томилно.” гэж, Далдугаар зүйлийн 1 дэх хэсэгт “Үндсэн хуульд хууль, зарлиг, төрийн байгууллагын бусад шийдвэр, нийт байгууллага, иргэний үйл ажиллагаа бүрнээ нийцсэн байвал зохино.” гэж тус тус заасан байна.
Монгол Улсын Ерөнхий сайдыг огцруулсан үйл ажиллагаа Монгол Улсын Үндсэн хуульд нийцсэн эсэх уг маргаан нь онц хүндрэлтэй, яаралтай шийдвэрлэх асуудал тул Үндсэн хуулийн цэцийн их суудлын хуралдаанд хэлэлцүүлэх бэлтгэл ажиллагааг нэн даруй гүйцэтгэж дуусгалаа.
Уг маргааныг хянан хэлэлцэх Үндсэн хуулийн цэцийн их суудлын хуралдаан 2025 оны 10 дугаар сарын 22-ны өдрийн 09.30 цагаас Үндсэн хуулийн цэцийн хуралдааны танхимд нээлттэй болно.
