Өнөөдөр “Монгол ньюс”-д Эрдэнэс Тавантолгой” ХК-ийн гүйцэтгэх захирал асан Б.Ганхуягийн ар гэрээс хэвлэлийн хурал зохион байгууллаа.
Есдүгээр сарын 12-нд Ганхуяг шүүх хурал дээр ноцтой мэдээллүүдийг хэлсэн. Үүнээс болоод ар гэр, өөрийг минь хамгаалалтад авч өгөөч, эрсдэл байхгүй бол үнэн бодит мэдээллийг энэ шүүхийн танхимд хэлэхийг хүссэн боловч прокурор болон бусад байгууллагаас боломжгүй гэжээ.
Есдүгээр сарын 23-нд Ганхуягийн даралт огцом унаж, толгой нь хүчтэй өвдөн, их хэмжээгээр бөөлжсөн, суулгалт өгч муудсан. Энэ үед гэр бүлийн зүгээс 461 дүгээр хорих ангийн эмнэлэг, ШШГЕГ болон холбогдох байгууллагуудад түүний биеийн байдлын талаарх тодорхой мэдээллийг өгөх хүсэлтийг өмгөөлөгчөөр нь дамжуулан хүргүүлсэн. Есдүгээр сарын 25-ны Даваа гарагт өмгөөлөгч нь өөрийн биеэр очиж, уулзаж, биеийн байдлыг мэдсэн байгаа. Бидний хүсэлтийн дагуу энэ өдрийн үдээс хойш эмнэлэгт хэвтсэн.
Өмгөөлөгчөөр нь дамжуулан нарийн шинжилгээнд хамруулах, биеийн байдлын талаарх мэдээллийг үнэн зөвөөр явуулах хүсэлтийн байнга өгсөн боловч энэ бүхэнд биеийн байдал тогтвортой, ямар нэгэн эмгэг, зовуурьгүй гэсэн хариуг өгч байсан.
Аравдугаар сарын 10-даар бид ШШГЕГ-т Ганхуягийн хөл дээр их хэмжээний шарх үүссэн байна, арьс өнгөний эмнэлэгт үзүүлж, оношийг олж өгөөч гэхэд 461 дүгээр хорих ангиас биеийн байдал хэвийн, үзлэгээр биед гарсан ил шарх байхгүй гэсэн эмчийн тодорхойлолтыг авсан.
Хорих ангийн эмч нар хүний биед ил шарх байхад шарх, сорвигүй хэвийн гэсэн мэдээлэл өгсөнд гомдолтой байна.
Ингээд Ганхуягийн биеийн байдал сул байгаа тул шинжилгээ хийлгүүлнэ гэсэн хүсэлтийн дагуу хорих ангийн хяналт дор арваннэгдүгээр сарын 21-нд сард “Сонгдо” эмнэлэгт хэвтэж эмчлүүлсэн. “Сонгдо” эмнэлгийн эмч нар Ганхуягийн үс, шээс, цуснаас хүнд металл, хордлогын шинжилгээг авсан. Шинжилгээгээр түүний цуснаас хүнцэл, хар тугалга байх ёстой хэмжээнээс и илэрчээ. Хүнцэл нь хүнд металлын хор юм байна. 461 дүгээр хорих ангиас энэ төрлийн шинжилгээг өчигдөр авсан, хариу нь ирээгүй байна.
Хүнийг ямар нэгэн байдлаар хордуулаад, цагдан хориод, цуснаас нь хүнцэл гэдэг хор их хэмжээгээр илэрч байгаа нь санаатайгаар хордуулах гэсэн, санаатайгаар хүн алах гэмт хэрэг гэж гэр бүлийн зүгээс үзэж байна” хэмээн ярилаа.
