Тэдгээрийн 153.724 нь (44.6 хувь) хотод, 191.042 нь (55.4 хувь) хөдөө орон нутагт амьдарч буй. Түүнчлэн Ахмадын холбооны судалгаагаар нийт ахмадуудын
- 16.7 хувь буюу 28.2 мянган ахмад настан амьжиргааны баталгаажих түвшингээс доогуур орлоготой өрхөд амьдарч
- 3963 ахмад настан ганц бие, харж хандах үр хүүхэдгүй
- 7815 ахмад хөгжлийн бэрхшээлтэй, хэвтрийн
- 18.4 мянган ахмад настан бусдын байнгын асрамжинд байна.
Улсын хэмжээнд 353,238 хүн өндөр насны тэтгэвэр авч байгаагаас 69.7 хувь нь буюу 246,135 эмэгтэй, 30.3 хувь нь буюу 107,103 эрэгтэй хүн байна. Нийт тэтгэвэр авагчдын 7.5 хувь нь хувь тэнцүүлсэн тэтгэвэр, 92.5 хувь нь бүрэн тэтгэвэр авдаг аж. Манайх тэтгэврийн насны доод хязгаарыг эрэгтэй 60, эмэгтэй 55 гэж тогтоосон нь бусад улс орнуудтай харьцуулахад харьцангуй бага үзүүлэлт юм.
