Монгол Улсын Ерөнхийлөгч бүрэн эрхийнхээ хүрээнд 2025 оны улсын төсөвт хориг тавьж, Улсын Их Хурал энэ хоригийг хэлэлцэв.

Улсын Их Хурлаас Засгийн газарт 2025 оны төсвийн төслийг хоёрдахь удаагаа боловсруулан, тус хуулийн төслийг 2 дахь удаагаа хэлэлцэн баталлаа.

Монгол Улсын 2025 оны төсвийн тухай хуульд Төрийн зарим байгууллагын 2025 оны төсвийн жилд нэмэгдэхээр тооцсон шинэ орон тоог тодорхой хувиар бууруулахтай холбоотойгоор төсвийн нийт урсгал зардлыг 73,2 тэрбум төгрөгөөр бууруулсан.

Дээрх зардлын эх үүсвэрээр Хавдрын эмнэлгийн зориулалтаар ашиглах объектыг лизингээр авах зардал, сургууль, цэцэрлэг, дотуур байрны хүүхдийн хоолны зардал, 3 ээлжээр хичээллэж байгаа ЕБС-ийн байрны түрээсийн зардалд 10 тэрбум төгрөг ХСҮТ-ийн барилгын засварт 2,9 тэрбум төгрөг эрчим хүчний бодлогын шинэчлэл хөтөлбөрийг хэрэгжүүлэхэд 5 тэрбум төгрөгийг зарцуулахаар төсвийн төсөлд тус тус нэмж тусгажээ.

2025 оны нэгдсэн төсвийн тэнцвэржүүлсэн орлого, тусламжийн дүн 33.5 их наяд төгрөг буюу ДНБ-ий 35.2 хувь, нийт зарлага ба цэвэр зээлийн дүн 33.5 их наяд төгрөг буюу ДНБ-ий 35.2 хувьд хүрч нэгдсэн төсвийн тэнцвэржүүлсэн тэнцэл алдагдалгүй болж, суурь тэнцэл дотоодын нийт бүтээгдэхүүний 3.3 хувийн ашигтай болж байна
