“Таван толгой”, “Ухаа худаг”-ийг шалгах ажлын хэсэг байгуулжээ

О.Алтангэрэл:
18 жилийн дараа Тавантолгойн асуудлаар УИХ албан ёсоор санал дүгнэлт гаргахаар боллоо.

2007 онд УИХ тогтоол гаргаж Тавантолгойн орд газрын төрийн эзэмшлийн хувь хэмжээ, түүнийг хэрхэн эзэмших талаархи саналыг өргөн мэдүүлэхийг Засгийн газарт үүрэг болгосноос хойш өнөөг хүртэл энэхүү асуудлаар УИХ-ын түвшинд хэлэлцүүлэг өрнөж байгаагүй юм.

2025.02.17-нд Засгийн газраас ажлын хэсэг байгуулж, Тавантолгойн орд газрыг (Ухаа худаг) гэрээ байгуулан лиценз хэлбэрээр олгосон нь хууль зөрсөн байна гэсэн дүгнэлт гаргасны үндсэн дээр Засгийн газар тогтоолын төсөл санаачилж УИХ-д хүргүүлээд 54 хоног өнгөрсний дараа УИХ-ын даргын захирамж гарч, 11 гишүүний бүрэлдэхүүнтэй санал дүгнэлт гаргах ажлын хэсэг байгууллаа.

Ийнхүү 18 жилийн дараа “Тавантолгой”, “Ухаахудаг”-н асуудал УИХ-ын түвшинд очиж, санал дүгнэлт гаргах болсонд ажлын хэсгийн ахлагчийн хувьд баяртай байна. Энэ бол элдэв лобби, улс төр, мөнгөний нөлөөлөл биш хууль ёс дийлж, хэрэгжиж  буй томоохон үйл явдал болж байна.  Үндсэн хуульд зааснаар баялагтаа эзэн болох ард түмний эрх ашиг хангагдахад нэг алхам ойртлоо.

Өнгөрсөн хугацаанд дэмжиж ажилласан хүн бүхэнд талархая, цаашдаа асуудлыг эцэслэн шийдвэрлэтэл тууштай зүтгэнэ🇲🇳
