1. Зээлийн ангилал буюу “хар жагсаалт” байхгүй болсон уу?

3. Зээлийн оноогоо яаж дээшлүүлэх вэ?
Зээлийн оноо нь зээлдэгчийн одоо үлдэгдэлтэй байгаа зээл, төлбөрийн мэдээлэл, зээлээ эргэн төлөх хуваарийн дагуу цаг хугацаандаа төлсөн эсэх зээлийн түүх, хугацаа хоцроож төлсөн байдал, өр орлогын харьцаа, зээлээ эргэн төлөх чадвар, зээлийн эрсдэлийн түвшин, санхүүгийн сахилга бат зэрэгт үндэслэн тодорхойлсон, зээлдэгчийн санхүүгийн харилцаанд орж буй зан төлөвийг илтгэж буй тоон үзүүлэлт юм. Зээлдэгч зээл, төлбөрөө төлөхгүй байх, хоцроож төлөх болгонд зээлийн оноо буурах бөгөөд эргээд зээлээ хэвийн төлж эхлэхэд зээлийн оноо хэвийн түвшинд хүртэл нэмэгдэх магадлалтай юм.
Зээлээ хугацаандаа төлөөгүй иргэдийн хувьд санхүүгийн хариуцлага, сахилга баттай байж, тодорхой хугацаанд зээлээ эргэн төлөлтийн хуваарийн дагуу хоцрогдолгүй төлснөөр зээлийн оноогоо дээшлүүлэх боломж нөхцөл бүрдэнэ. Зээлийн оноо нь нэмэгдсэнээр зээлийн хүү, нөхцөл сайжрах магадлалтай бөгөөд зээлийн хүртээмж нэмэгдэх боломжтой юм.
