Монгол орны нэн ховор амьтны жагсаалтад орсон
“Цоохор ирвэс”-ийг хууль бусаар агнасан гэмт хэргийг илрүүллээ.
-Цагдаагийн албанаас энэ оны 08 дугаар сард Увс аймгийн Өндөрхангай сумын Жаргалант гэх газраас иргэн Б нар нь бусадтай бүлэглэн Нэн ховор амьтны жагсаалтад орсон “Цоохор ирвэс”-ийг хууль бусаар агнаж бусдад зарж борлуулсан үйлдлийг илрүүлэн мөрдөн шалгах ажиллагааг зохион байгуулан эрүүгийн хэрэг үүсгэж яллагдагчаар татан прокурорын байгууллагад шилжүүлэн ажиллаа.
-Эрүүгийн хуулийн 24.5 дугаар зүйл: Нэн ховор амьтныг тусгай зөвшөөрөлгүй агнасан, барьсан, зориудаар гаршуулан тэжээсэн, амьдрах орчныг алдагдуулсан тэдгээрийн түүхий эдийг бэлтгэсэн, тээвэрлэсэн, хадгалсан, худалдсан, худалдан авсан, гадаад улсад гаргасан, нэн ховор амьтны чихмэл, түүхий эд, эд, эрхтэн, тэдгээрийн гаралтай түүхий эдийн цуглуулга хийсэн бол 10.000.000-40.000.000 төгрөгөөр торгох, эсхүл 2-8 жил хүртэл хугацаагаар хорих ял шийтгэнэ гэж тус тус заасан байдаг.
-Мөн Монгол Улсын Засгийн газрын 2023 оны 07 дугаар сарын 05-ны өдрийн дугаар 260 дугаар тогтоолоор амьтны экологи-эдийн засгийн үнэлгээгээр “Цоохор ирвэс” нь 22.000.000 төгрөгөөр үнэлэгдэж, экологи-эдийн засгийн үнэлгээг хоёр дахин нугалж тооцон Монгол Улсын Эрүүгийн хуулиар хариуцлага хүлээлгэдэг.
-Иймд иргэн та Хууль бусаар ан агнах гэмт хэрэг, зөрчлийн талаар Цагдаагийн байгууллагын 102 болон 70191070 тусгай дугаарын утсанд мэдээлж, бидэнтэй хамтран ажиллана уу.

  13. Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
