“Нийслэлийн ерөнхий боловсролын 23 дугаар сургуулийн нэгдүгээр ангид сурагч элсүүлэх журам”-ыг хянаж, хүчингүй болгуулав

Авлигатай тэмцэх газраас Авлигын эсрэг хуулийн 18 дугаар зүйлийн 18.4.2-т заасан бүрэн эрхийнхээ хүрээнд “Нийслэлийн ерөнхий боловсролын 23 дугаар сургуулийн нэгдүгээр ангид сурагч элсүүлэх журам”-ыг хянаж, хүчингүй болгууллаа.

Нийслэлийн ерөнхий боловсролын 23 дугаар сургуулийн зөвлөлийн 2025 оны 5 дугаар сарын 8-ны өдрийн тогтоолын 01 дүгээр хавсралтаар баталсан уг журам нь Боловсролын ерөнхий хуульд тусгагдаагүй заалтуудыг үндэслэсэн, нэг утга санааг олон дахин давхардуулан журамласан, олон нийтэд ойлгомжгүй, төрийн үйлчилгээний хүнд суртлыг бий болгосон байв.

Чингэлтэй дүүргийн Боловсролын газраас Нийслэлийн ерөнхий боловсролын 23 дугаар сургуулийн зөвлөлд суралцагч элсүүлэхтэй холбоотой асуудлаар заавар, зөвлөмж өгч, хуулиар зөвшөөрөөгүй тохиолдолд аливаа журмыг батлан мөрдүүлэхгүй байх чиглэл хүргүүлсэн байна.

Нэгдүгээр ангид цахимаар сурагч элсүүлэх журмыг Боловсролын ерөнхий хууль, Сургуулийн өмнөх болон ерөнхий боловсролын тухай хууль болон холбогдох хууль тогтоомжид нийцүүлэн шинэчлэн боловсруулж, батлан мөрдөх нь зүйтэй.
