Улстөрчид, албан тушаалтнуудын “ЖДҮ”-гийн хэрэг 2018 оны 11 дүгээр сард дэгдсэн. “ЖДҮ” авсан хүмүүсийн нэг нь тухайн үеийн ЗГХЭГ-ын дэд дарга Б.Бат-Эрдэнэ байв. ШӨХТГ-ын дарга болсноосоо хойш 2020 оны 8 дугаар сарын 27-нд хэвлэлд ярилцлага өгөхдөө “занхар” тайлбар өгсөн байдаг. Тэрээр “Чимээгүй байснаараа буруутай юм шиг харагдсан байх. Нөгөөтэйгүүр би хэвлэлийн байгууллагатай хэрүүл хийгээд явдаг хүн биш. Төрийн түвшинд бэлтгэгдэж буй залуус хэрүүл хийхээс илүүтэй учир байдлыг ойлгуулж ажиллах ёстой гэж боддог. ЗГХЭГ-ын дэд даргаар ажиллаж байхад миний ажлын байрны тодорхойлолттой холбоотой асуудал хөндөгдсөн.
