Өнөөдрийн УИХ-ын хуралданаар 2024 оны төсвийн төслийн эцсийн хэлэлцүүлгийг хийнэ.

Монгол Улсын 2024 оны төсвийн тухай хуулийн төсөлд  доорх өөрчлөлтүүдийг тусгажээ.

1.Улсын төсвийн төслийн орлогыг 565.4 тэрбум төгрөгөөр нэмэгдүүлснээр нэгдсэн төсвийн тэнцвэржүүлсэн орлогын хэмжээ 25,855.2 тэрбум төгрөг, нит зарлагын хэмжээ 27,360.5 тэрбум төгрөг болж, нэгдсэн төсвийн тэнцвэржүүлсэн тэнцэл 1,505.3 тэрбум төгрөг буюу Дотоодын нийт бүтээгдэхүүний 2.0 хувьтай тэнцэх хэмжээний төсвийн алдагдалтай байхаар тооцлоо.

2.Нийгмийн даатгалын сангаас олгох тэтгэврийг нэмэгдүүлэх зорилгоор Хөдөлмөр, нийгмийн хамгааллын сайдын төсвийн багцын Нийгмийн даатгалын санд олгох татаасыг 140.7 тэрбум төгрөгөөр нэмэгдүүлсэн.

3.Төрийн хэмнэлтийн тухай хууль болон эдийн засгийн нөхцөл байдалтай уялдуулан зарим шаардлагагүй төсөл хөтөлбөр, урсгал зардлыг хэмнэж, төсвийн зардлыг 320.4 тэрбум төгрөгөөр бууруулсан эх үүсвэрээр зохицуулалт хийлээ.

4.Улсын төсвийн хөрөнгөөр хэрэгжүүлэх зарим хөрөнгө оруулалтыг нэмж тусгах, мөн 2024 оны төсвийн жилд улсын төсвөөс санхүүжүүлэхээр тусгагдсан хөрөнгө оруулалтыг гүйцээн ашиглалтад оруулах шаардлагыг үндэслэн зарим төсөл, арга хэмжээний төсөвт өртөг, санхүүжих дүнг нэмэгдүүлэх зохицуулалтын хүрээнд 2024 онд хөрөнгө оруулалтын нийт зардлын санхүүжих дүнг 118.8 тэрбум төгрөгөөр нэмэгдүүлжээ.
