Тэрээр, “Цагдаагийн байгууллагад нэр бүхий хүн, хуулийн этгээдээс иргэн Ө-д холбогдуулан 2022 оны долдугаар сарын 20, энэ оны 6, 7, 9, 10 дугаар сард эрүүгийн хуульд заасан гэмт хэргийн шинжтэй гомдол, мэдээлэл ирүүлснийг хүлээн авч, хуульд заасан үндэслэл, журмын дагуу мөрдөн шалгах ажиллагаа явуулж байна.

Өнөөдрийн байдлаар түүнийг Шүүхийн Ерөнхий Зөвлөл/ШЕЗ/ болон иргэд, хуулийн этгээдээс шүүхийн хараат бус байдалд нөлөөлсөн, хувь хүн, иргэний нэр төрд халдсан, худал мэдээллийг олон нийтийн цахим сүлжээ ашиглан тараасан, мөрдөн байцаалтын нууц задруулсан, бусдын эд хөрөнгийг авахаар заналхийлэх гэх хэргүүдэд холбогдуулан шалгаж байна.

Дээр дурдсан гэмт хэргийн шинжтэй үйлдлүүдийг цагдаагийн байгууллага өөрийн санаачилгаар шалгаагүй. Иргэд, хуулийн этгээдээс өргөдөл, гомдол гаргасан учраас эрүүгийн хэрэг хянан шийдвэрлэх тухай хуульд заасны дагуу шалгаж байгаа юм.
