ОХУ-ын олон улсын шалган нэвтрүүлэх “Хиагт” боомтын байцаагчид мал эмнэлгийн хууль тогтоомжийн дагуу ОХУ-д малын гаралтай бүтээгдэхүүн, түүхий эд оруулахыг хориглосон байна.
Саяхан Монгол Улсын иргэн малд зориулсан найман боодол /тус бүр 100 мл/ эм болон дөрвөн кг гаруй хиамны бүтээгдэхүүн хил нэвтрэхдээ тээвэрлэж явсныг гаалийн ажилчид илрүүлсэн байна. Улмаар монгол иргэний ачаа, тээшийг шалгаж түүний авч явсан бүтээгдэхүүн дагалдах мал эмнэлгийн гэрчилгээ, Россельхознадзорын зөвшөөрөлгүй болохыг тогтоожээ. Тиймээс тус барааг хөрш улсын нутаг дэвсгэрт буцаалаа гэж тус улсын хэвлэлийн албанаас мэдээллээ.
Мөн Монгол Улсын иргэнд Буриадын хуулийн дагуу захиргааны зөрчлийн хэрэг үүсгэсэн. ОХУ-ын Захиргааны зөрчлийн тухай хуулийн 10.6 “Амьтны хорио цээрийн журам, мал эмнэлэг, ариун цэврийн бусад дүрмийг зөрчсөн” гэж үзэн шийтгэл ноогдуулжээ.
