Хөвсгөл аймгийн Цагаан – Уул сумын тавдугаар багийн нутаг дэвсгэрт таваганы мах идсэн 24 настай иргэн “И” тарваган тахал тусаж амиа алдсан харамсалтай үйл явдал болжээ.

Цагаан-Уул сумын тавдугаар баг нь тарваган тахлын голомтод бүс бөгөөд тухайн иргэн эмнэлгийн байгууллагад есдүгээр сарын 2-ны өдөр хандаж, 3-нд тахал туссан болох нь оношлогджээ.

Өчигдөр буюу 2025 оны есдүгээр сарын 07-ны өдрийн 17:00 цагт Хөвсгөл аймгийн онцгой комиссын шуурхай хурал болж Мөрөн сум, Цагаан-Уул сумын хэмжээнд 2025 оны 09 дүгээр сарын 08-ны өдрөөс 09 дүгээр сарын 15-ны өдрийг хүртэл өндөржүүлсэн бэлэн байдлын зэрэгт шилжүүлжээ.

Анх батлагдсан тохиолдлоор халдвар бүртгэгдсэн газар буюу Цагаан-Уул суманд хорио цээрийн дэглэм тогтоосон байсан бол одоогоор Хөвсгөл аймгийн орох, гарах хөдөлгөөнийг хорилоо.

Өнөөдрийн байдлаар тус аймагт тарваган тахлын сэжигтэй тохиолдлоор, тусгаарлагдаж байгаа 88 иргэн байна. Анх есдүгээр дүгээр сарын 4-нд тарваган тахлын өвчлөл батлагдах үед 91 хавьтлыг тусгаарлаж эмнэлгийн хяналтад байлгаж, хариу арга хэмжээг авчээ.
