Монгол Улсын нийт өр ДНБ-ий дунджийг давж, 60 хувьд хүрээд байна

Дэлхийн банкны эдийн засагчид 2020 онд дэлхийн нийт эдийн засаг 4.3 хувиар агшсан гэх тооцоог хийсэн бөгөөд 2021 онд 4 хувь, 2022 онд 3.8 хувиар тус тус өсөх урьдчилсан таамгийг дэвшүүлсэн юм. Тухайлбал, эдийн засгийн өсөлтийн хэтийн төлөв энэ онд өндөр хөгжсөн орнуудад 1.4 хувиар, хөгжиж буй эдийн засгуудад 0.1 хувиар өсөх дүр зураг ажиглагдаж байгаа бол хөгжил буурай орнуудад 0.8 хувиар агших хандлагатай байгаа аж.

Мөн Дэлхийн банкнаас 2021 онд дэлхийн нийт худалдааны хэмжээ 5 хувиар өсөх бөгөөд газрын тосны ханш 8.1 хувиар, эрчим хүчний бус түүхий эдийн индекс ханш 2.4 хувиар өснө гэж таамаглажээ.

Харин бүс нутгийн хувьд Зүүн Ази болон Номхон далайн бүс нутгийн эдийн засаг 2021 онд хамгийн өндөр буюу 7.4 хувиар өсөх, Европ, төв Азийн орнуудад 3.3 хувь, Латин Америк, Карибын тэнгисийн орнуудад 3.7 хувь, Ойрхи Дорнод, Хойд Африкийн орнуудад 2.1 хувь, Өмнөд Африкийн бүс нутагт 3.3 хувь, дэд Сахар, Африкийн бүс нутагт 2.7 хувиар тус бүр өсөх урьдчилсан таамгийг дэвшүүлсэн байна.

Манай хөрш орнуудын хувьд БНХАУ-ын ДНБ 2021 онд 7.9 хувь, ОХУ 2.6 хувь өсөх төлөв ажиглагдаж байгаа аж. Тэгвэл Дэлхийн банкнаас Монгол Улсын ДНБ 2020 онд 5.2 хувиар агшсан гэх тооцоог хийсэн бол 2021 онд 4.3 хувь, 2022 онд 5.4 хувиар түс бүр өсөх урьдчилсан төлөвийг зарлалаа.

Дэлхийн банкны судалгааны тайланд 2020 онд Засгийн газрууд цар тахлын эсрэг эдийн засгийг дэмжих томоохон дүнтэй бодлогын хариу арга хэмжээнүүд хэрэгжүүлснээр улс орнуудын төсвийн алдагдал огцом нэмэгдсэн болохыг анхааруулсан юм. Зүүн Ази, Номхон далайн бүс нутгийн орнуудын хувьд өнгөрөгч онд БНХАУ, Индонез, Мьянмар болон Филиппин зэрэг улс цар тахлын эсрэг эдийн засгийг дэмжих хөтөлбөрт дотоодын зээлийн эх үүсвэрийг түлхүү ашигласан бол Монгол, Папау Шинэ Гвиней, Фижи зэрэг орнууд гаднын санхүүжилтийн эх үүсвэрийг илүүтэй ашигласан гэжээ.

Цар тахлын улмаас бизнесүүдийн үйл ажиллагаа удааширч, төсвийн зарцуулалт нэмэгдсэнээр Зүүн Ази, Номхон далайн бүс нутгийн төвшинд нийт өрийн хэмжээ 9 хувиар нэмэгдсэний дотор Монгол, Малайз болон Лаос зэрэг орнуудын нийт улсын өрийн хэмжээ ДНБ-ий дунджийг давж, 60 хувьд хүрээд байгаа аж. Мөн БНХАУ болон Монгол Улсын нийт өр буюу Засгийн газар, төв банк болон хувийн хэвшлийн өрийн нийлбэр хэмжээ өнгөрөгч онд огцом нэмэгдэж тус бүр ДНБ-ий 300 хувьтай тэнцээд байгааг анхааруулсан байна.
