Тухайлбал, нэр бүхий мэдээллийн хэрэгслээр шүүх хуралд услын яллагчаар оролцож буй прокурор Н.Золзаяагийн хэлсэн “Шүүх хурал хойшилж байгаа нь хардлага төрүүлж байна” гэснийг үндэслэн, Э.Бат-Үүлд холбогдох хэргийн шүүх хурал 12 удаа хойшилж байгаа нь МАН-ын 100 жилийн ойн өршөөлд хамрагдах гэж байгаа санаатай үйлдэл мэт олон түмэнд буруу ташаа ойлголт төрүүлэх мэдээллийг гаргаж, цахим орчинд түгээж байна.
Тухайн өдрийн шүүх хурал хойшилсон шалтгаан нь хорио цээрийн дэглэм зөрчсөн орчинд явагдах гэж байгаа тухай прокурор Н.Золзаяагийн гомдол, бусад шүүгдэгчийн хоёр өмгөөлөгч цар тахлын хорио цээрт орсон болон нэг өмгөөлөгчийн ар гэрт гэнэтийн гачигдал гарсан тул хойшилсон гэж би ойлгож байгаа. Шүүгдэгч бид аль болох цаг алдалгүй шударга ёс тогтоохыг хүсэн, хэрэг хянан шийдвэрлэх явцад саад учруулаагүй. Одоо ч шүүх хурлыг хурдан хийлгэх хүсэлтэй байгаа. Миний бие нуруу хугарсан ч шүүх хуралдаа ирж оролцож байсан. Шүүгдэгч би аль болох хурдан, шүүх хуралд төвөг болохгүй оролцож ирсэн”
