Монгол Улс, БНСУ цагаачлал, визийн бодлогын хамтын ажиллагааг өргөжүүлэх асуудлаар хэлэлцэв

Монгол Улс болон Бүгд Найрамдах Солонгос Улсын Гадаад харилцааны яам хоорондын Консулын XII зөвлөлдөх уулзалтын хүрээнд Гадаадын иргэн, харьяатын газрын дарга Н.Ууганбаяр, БНСУ-ын Цагаачлал, гадаадын иргэдийн бодлогын газрын дарга Ча Юн Ху нар Сөүл хотноо энэ сарын 23-ны өдөр албан уулзалт хийлээ. Уулзалтаар хоёр улсын цагаачлал, визийн бодлогын хамтын ажиллагааг шинэ түвшинд гаргах, иргэдийн зорчих асуудлаар санал солилцов.

Монголын талаас БНСУ-ын визийн хянан шалгах үйл явцыг хялбаршуулах, эрүүл мэндийн аяллын визийн нөхцөлийг хөнгөвчлөх, мөн хууль бусаар оршин суух зөрчлөөс урьдчилан сэргийлэх чиглэлээр хамтран ажиллах санал тавив. Түүнчлэн Монгол Улсын иргэд хүчин төгөлдөр визтэй боловч хил дээрээс буцаагдаж буй шалтгаан, нөхцөлийг судалж, хил дээрх шалган нэвтрүүлэх үйл ажиллагааны уялдаа, мэдээлэл солилцоог сайжруулах, урьдчилан сэргийлэх бодлогын арга хэмжээ боловсруулах асуудлыг онцлов.

Уулзалтын хүрээнд хоёр орны иргэдийн зорчих хөдөлгөөнийг хууль ёсны, аюулгүй, үр ашигтай байдлаар дэмжих, хамтын ажиллагааг бэхжүүлэх зорилгоор Монгол Улс болон БНСУ-ын Цагаачлалын байгууллага хоорондын яриа хэлэлцээний механизм “Immigration dialogue”-г нэвтрүүлэхээр болов. Тус яриа хэлэлцээний механизм нь хоёр улсын хил, цагаачлалын салбарын системийн шинэчлэл, мөн хоёр орны иргэд харилцан зорчиход үүсэж буй асуудлыг харилцан зөвшилцөх, шийдвэрлэх арга замыг эрэлхийлэхэд чухал ач холбогдол өгөх юм.
