Сүвон хотын Давж заалдах шатны шүүхээс Ким Хе Гёнд холбогдох “бэлэг өгөх” үйлдлээр Төрийн албаны сонгуулийн тухай хуулийг зөрчсөн хэргийн давж заалдах шатны шүүх хурал нь анхан шатны шүүхийн 1.5 сая воны торгуулийн шийтгэлийг хэвээр үлдээв.
Давж заалдах шатны шүүхээс,
“Уг хоолны уулзалт нь хохирогч Ким Хе Гён нөхөр И Жэ Мёнд улс төрийн дэмжлэг үзүүлэх зорилготой, намын нэр нөлөө бүхий улс төрчдийн эхнэрүүдтэй уулзах арга хэмжээ байсан бөгөөд Ким Хе Гёнд ашигтай нөхцөл байдал үүсгэж байсан ба түүний хувийн туслах Ба Мо-с төлбөр хийх гэж байсан гэв.
Мөн шүүхээс “Хоолны зардлыг хүн бүр өөрсдөө төлсөн гэсэн Ким Хе Гёны үг нь тухайн үед хэрэгжээгүй нь харагдсан” гэв.
Тодруулбал, Ким Хе Гён нь нөхөр И Жэ Мён нь Гёнги мужийн захирагч байх үедээ (2021 оны 8-р сарын 2-нд) Сөүл хотын нэгэн ресторанд Ардчилсан Намын УИХ-ын гишүүдийн гэргий 3 хүн, өөрийн жолооч болон туслах зэрэг нийт 6 хүнд Гёнги мужийн татвар төлөгчдийн мөнгөөр 104,000 вонын өртөгтэй хоол өгсөн хэргээр 2023 оны 2-р сарын 14-нд шүүхэд шилжүүлэгдэж, анхан шатны шүүхээс мөн 1.5 сая воны торгууль оноож байсан юм.
Эдгээрээс харахад хууль ёс нь хэрэгждэг орны хууль их бага гэлтгүй хэнбугайд ч адил тэгш үйлчилдэг ажээ.
