Өмнөд Солонгос, АНУ хооронд 200 тэрбум ам.долларын хөрөнгө оруулалтын хэлэлцээр хийж байна
Өмнөд Солонгос улс АНУ-д найман жилийн хугацаанд нийт 200 тэрбум ам.доллар, жил бүр 25 тэрбум ам.долларын хөрөнгө оруулалт хийх төлөвлөгөөг хэлэлцэж байна гэж Вашингтоны эх сурвалж мэдээллээ.
Энэ нь АНУ-ын 350 тэрбум ам.долларын урьдчилсан төлбөрийн шаардлагыг зөөлрүүлсэн хувилбар бөгөөд хөрөнгө оруулалтыг шат дараатайгаар хийхээр санал болгожээ.
Гэвч уг төлөвлөгөө нь Өмнөд Солонгосын гадаад валютын жилийн нөөцийн хүчин чадал (15–20 тэрбум ам.доллар)-аас давсан хэмжээтэй тул дотоодод шүүмжлэл дагуулж байна.
Хэлэлцээг удирдаж буй Ерөнхийлөгчийн бодлогын зөвлөх Ким Ён-бом “АПЕК-ийн өмнө хэсэгчилсэн тохиролцоо хийхгүй, үндэсний ашиг сонирхолд нийцсэн бүрэн хэлэлцээр байгуулах”-ыг зорьж байгаагаа мэдэгдэв.
Хэлэлцээрийн гол асуудлууд нь:
Хөрөнгө оруулалтын нийт хэмжээ ба хугацаа
Ашгийн хуваарилалт (АНУ 90%, Солонгос 10% саналтай байна)
Төлбөр нь зээл болон бэлэн мөнгө ажээ
Энэхүү хэлэлцээр нь АНУ-ын Ерөнхийлөгч Дональд Трампын хоёр дахь удаагийн Азийн айлчлалын өмнөхөн тохиож байгаа бөгөөд Трамп уг хэлэлцээг хөрөнгө оруулалтын амжилт болгон сурталчлах төлөвтэй байна.
Эцсийн шийдвэрийг 10-р сарын 29-нд болох Солонгос–АНУ-ын дээд хэмжээний уулзалтын үеэр гаргах магадлал өндөр байна.
